ExchangeXD was built with privacy as a core principle. We collect the absolute minimum data necessary to operate the Service, and we never sell your data to third parties.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your name, address, or personal identity
- Government-issued ID or KYC documents
- Private keys or seed phrases (never share these with anyone)
- Account passwords (we have no accounts)
- Credit card or banking information
2. Information We Collect
To process exchanges, we collect:
- Wallet addresses: The sending and receiving addresses you provide
- Exchange amounts: The amounts you request to exchange
- Transaction IDs: Blockchain transaction hashes for tracking
- Email address (optional): Only if you choose to receive exchange notifications
- IP address: For rate limiting and fraud prevention only
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and track your exchange
- To send exchange status notifications (if you provided email)
- To prevent fraud and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations if required
4. Data Retention
Exchange records (wallet addresses, amounts, transaction IDs) are retained for up to 90 days for support purposes, then permanently deleted. Email addresses provided for notifications are deleted after 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
ExchangeXD uses the following third-party services:
- Liquidity partners: Our exchange partners process transactions to fulfill your orders.
- Hosting infrastructure: Our servers process standard web request logs for security purposes.
- Email service (optional): Email delivery if you opt-in to exchange notifications.
6. Cookies
ExchangeXD uses only essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
7. Blockchain Transparency
Please note that all cryptocurrency transactions are recorded permanently on public blockchains. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are publicly visible on the blockchain regardless of our privacy practices.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of any personal data we hold
- Request information about what data we hold about you
- Opt out of email notifications at any time
9. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and server-side API key protection. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
