By accessing and using ExchangeXD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

ExchangeXD is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. We facilitate the exchange of cryptocurrencies by connecting users with third-party liquidity providers. We do not hold, store, or control your funds at any time. All exchanges are processed by our liquidity partners.

ExchangeXD is a non-custodial service. This means:

• We never take permanent custody of your cryptocurrency
• We never hold your private keys
• You are solely responsible for your wallet addresses and funds
• Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible

ExchangeXD does not require identity verification (KYC) for standard exchanges. However, we reserve the right to implement compliance measures if required by applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with local laws and regulations.

ExchangeXD charges a service fee on each exchange, displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction. Fees are:

• Float rate: 0.9% service fee — rate may vary slightly at execution
• Fixed rate: 1.5% service fee — rate is locked at time of order creation

All fees are included in the displayed exchange rate. Additional network (gas) fees may apply.

Cryptocurrency exchanges involve significant risks including but not limited to:

• Market volatility and price fluctuations
• Smart contract vulnerabilities
• Network congestion causing delays
• Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction
• Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses

You acknowledge and accept all such risks when using the Service.

You agree not to use ExchangeXD for:

• Any illegal activities including money laundering or terrorism financing
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Service
• Any sanctioned activities under applicable international law

Exchange rates displayed are estimates based on current market conditions. Actual rates may vary. We make no guarantees about exchange rates, transaction speeds, or the availability of any particular trading pair.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExchangeXD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, or data loss.

ExchangeXD uses third-party liquidity providers to process exchanges. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Your exchange may be subject to their terms of service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
